DELLIN ZHANG is a Chinese-American multidisciplinary creative seeking to dispel stereotypes through diverse, inclusive, and representative storytelling. Within a rapidly shifting world where understandings easily slip our grasp, she hopes to empower unheard narratives and encourage empathy. Her work is inspired by the nuanced in-betweens of human experiences and complex dynamics shaped by multifaceted identities.
Dellin graduated from Emerson College magna cum laude with a focus in screenwriting/directing. Outside of filmmaking, she offers freelance work as a video editor (where she helps creatives actualize their vision) & photographer (where she captures humans in self-exploration).
Variations of her print work can be found tucked within indie magazine issues: Lunchbox, P.T.O., Our Little Tidepool, etc.
Oftentimes, Dellin assumes the lens of a poet, preserving wonder and yearning in verse. She also enjoys resting amongst nature, perusing grocery store aisles, and curating life’s soundtrack.
